Welcome to Sayens health office!  We are open from 8:45 am until 3:45 pm daily.  We provide care for students who are injured or become ill during the school day.  Remember, we are not a clinic or pediatrician's office.  If your student is ill, please keep them home.  A fever is considered a temperature of 100.4 or greater.  Students should be free from fever, diarrhea, or vomiting for 24 hours, without the use of medication, before returning to school. 

Please have updated contact information available in PowerSchool so that we can reach you should an illness or emergency arise during the school day. 

If your student is ill, please call the attendance line at 609-631-4164 and press #4 to leave your child's name and the reason for their absence.    

If you have updated physicals, immunizations, or physician notes, please drop them off or email them to me at cwillis@htsdnj.org

 

Covid vaccines are now available for all children.

 CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens all offer flu and covid vaccines.  Go to vaccine finder.org to find a place near you.  If you don't have insurance, you can call the Hamilton Health Department at 609-890-3826 for an appointment.

If your child has been vaccinated, please supply me with a copy of proof of vaccination.  I will then update our files at school.  Feel free to email a copy to the above address.  

If you have Covid test results, please email them to me at the above email address.

Kindergarten Registration: 

• If parents have any documentation to return to me for your Kindergarten student, please fax, mail or scan and email it to me at the above email address.  All Kindergarten students must have a 5 year old/Kindergarten physical, complete the health history and a complete copy of immunizations.  If you have any questions, please contact me.
